Zeitgeist:  A good strong German word but I can't seem to remember it's definition.  I can't pronounce it either but that's nothing new to me.  If you click on the link, you'll be able to hear the word also.

From Merriam-Webster:

Main Entry: zeit·geist

Pronunciation: \ˈtsīt-ˌgīst, ˈzīt-\
Function: noun
Usage: often capitalized
Etymology: German, from Zeit + Geist spirit
Date: 1835
: the general intellectual, moral, and cultural climate of an era
