Java is acting up

This is completely wack. Where did the buttons go? For some reason, my post create is only text with nothing else. All the other stuff disappeared. The preview button is gone, the html button is gone. The word processing toolbar, with bold, italic, underline, and other easy helpers, has disappeared too. This is weird.
